Before my dearest lovely "customer to-be" doing your shopping here.. let me explain the terms & condition.

1. Serious buyer only. No back out or last minute cancellation.
2. we practice "First come first serve basis".
3. Any booking is accepted for 2 days, within 2days u have to pay the deposit to hold the item – if no respond within 2 days, Item will be released without prior notice.
4. All items are still new and in good condition. I will not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during delivery process.
5. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
6. Cash On Delivery (COD): Tanjung Malim ONLY
7. Postage process will be done every week on Tuesday and Thursday via POSLAJU .
8. Prices exclude the cost of delivery unless stated.

9. Local Shipping cost :

West Msia: RM 10.00 flat
East Msia: depends on item weight

To order just follow the step here:

1. fill up the form. i will reply the order within 24hours.
2. after receiving the invoice from Saffiya Boutique, please make the payment within 48 hours. (invoice will contain the actual price + postage cost & Saffiya Boutique account number)
3. Once the payment has been made, please notify me.
